Operations – Supervise delivery team to execute in home delivery service with high customer satisfaction rates.
Manage merchandise quality, inventory and repair for Greater Boston design showroom
People – Coach, council and manage a team of 15 employees. Manage scheduling, conduct personnel reviews and provide scheduled and ad hoc feedback for improvement.
Budget – Responsible for hitting monthly operating expense budget targets for delivery, supply, and payroll expenses. Aid in planning and allocation of all expenses for annual budget
