How You Will Make A Difference
 
·       Oversee the creation and management of the USA business strategy, including development and execution of short- and long-term plans that support and align with regional & global brand initiatives
·       Dynamically lead the professional development of the USA leadership team to ensure we have the infrastructure needed to achieve our current business results and establish a talent pipeline for the future
·       Establish and manage budget objectives for the USA business
·       Maximize brand presence within relevant distribution channels while identifying new market opportunities and fostering future sales growth
·       Establish, implement, and direct seasonal go-to-market strategies while supporting alignment with regional key initiatives
·       Create and direct USA marketing strategy while maintaining consistency 
·       Maintain and adjust local pricing to remain in alignment with global/regional strategy and deliver against margin targets

Experience:
·       15+ years of progressive experience, with a minimum of 10 years in management or senior management
·       Extensive experience working directly with senior executives
·       Demonstrated success with creating and executing an effective growth/go-to-market strategy
·       Experience driving digital sales across all channels, creating a digital mindset, and building a digital ecosystem
·       An established track record of success driving sales in all brick and mortar locations
·       Proven expertise launching brick and mortar store transformations within the Canadian marketplace
·       Knowledge of creating frameworks that clearly define and evaluate strategic choices, and an ability to advise/coach others on usage
·       Skilled influencer able to lead and build trust within large organizations to drive results
·       Demonstrated track record of excellence and achievement, both academic and professional
