  • Work closely with the Content, Creative, PR and Marketing teams to plan seasonal social content (organic and paid) across all channels to engage and grow and audience and engagement. To attract a new viewer/consumer to the brand through engaging content and programmatic execution. 
  • Work with the Snr Content Director to plan and implement – supported by the Social Media Editor – the seasonal strategy for Paid Brand Social across channels including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.
  • Work with international partners to develop and oversee the execution of social media in local markets, on all locally appropriate channels. Develop concepts for locally appropriate social content that remains true to the brand. Develop new local handles where appropriate, and help grow a global network of influencers.
  • Social Partnerships: Work closely with the Social Media Editor and Director of E-Commerce on maintaining and developing affiliate relationships and placements. Work closely with Director of VIP and PR on developing and maintaining influencer relationships and content projects. Manage the social gifting program.
  • Manage and develop the skills of the Social Media Editor.
  • Stay relevant in the marketplace – explore new platforms, test new tools, develop new strategies, think internationally.
