Project / Operations Manager for Luxury Retail Consulting Firm in NYC

Prerequisites
  • 2-3 years experience in an analytical role in tech, consulting, finance, operations management, and marketing.
  • 2-3 years experience as Project manager or Operations Manager or HR Manager
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Data-driven decision making with a strong bias towards action and rapid experimentation.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA; ability and desire to run initiatives end-to-end with full ownership.
  • Expert quantitative analysis; expertise in SQL and other analytical tools.
  • Prefer degree in Operation, Finance or HR
  • Strong interest in logistics, pricing, marketplaces or supply-demand economics
  • Excel, Keynote or PowerPoint, and Photoshop, on Mac OSX
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Tremendous attention to detail. 
  • Professional proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing. 
  • Ability to think critically, globally, and strategically.
